Thanks for a great evening at .NET Developers Network in Bristol

I have to say a big thanks to all at the .NET Developers Network in Bristol for inviting me down to talk about Virtualisation for Developers.  Chris and Guy were great hosts, and it was an impressive turnout considering many had already attended the ‘extra’ event on the Monday when Oren Eini came to visit.

Chatting with the audience at the half time break and after the presentation raised areas I hadn’t researched.  I only hope I can answer some of the questions that were posed.  This subject seems to get bigger and bigger – stripping it down to 60 minutes for DDD7 is going to be a challenge.

It was also great to head down to the Student Union bar for a couple of pints of Doom Bar.  The only shame was leaving early to catch the train from Bristol Parkway (thanks to Guy for the lift in the car) to discover my train was 40 minutes late. Curse you! First Great Western - that was beer drinking time you stole from me.

Thanks again to Guy and Chris.
