Scott Kuhl Warning: I may have no idea what I am talking about!

I have been searching for this solution for so long, and the reason that none of the solutions i found work is b/c:
-my PM wants all the fields to stay populated with the data thats entered.
-after the save there's a few panels that appear based on the on_click command
-I literly tried everything and nothing works....so i am hoping for some help as well
