If you aren't watching the GDC video... you're missing huge news.

10:56 am PT -- It's changing today. For the first time, community games will be distributed through Xbox Live.

10:57 am PT -- "'Xbox Live Community Games' will give creators a huge audience to share their creativity with. Game distribution will be democritized, allowing the community to control the content. Create, Submit, Peer Review, Play are the four key steps." "We want creativity to flow through this pipeline," says Satchell. Oh, we get it.

Here's the big thing for me...

11:05 am PT -- "Multiplayer XNA Games on the ZUNE!!"  (FAQ here!!)

Yes, you read that right.  We're going to be building games for the ZUNE with XNA. Multiplayer games. I think I just peed my pants a little bit.  This is the coolest thing EVER!

I only have one thing to say to all the Zune Haters out there...    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  You guys suck.

(I would like to personally thank my employer for getting me a ZUNE for Christmas 2006.  You rock!!)
