Amazingly, I've been adhering to my plan. I've eaten a hell of a lot of tuna and grilled food. I've probably also had a little too much soda along the way, but that's ok for now.

For the most part, it's been pretty easy. The hardest part is actually making myself think about what I'm fixing or ordering. I'm so used to ordering junk that I instinctively look at that stuff first and then have to remind myself that I'm not eating deep fried cheese or breaded popcorn shrimp, etc...  *sigh*  I do love that stuff.

Tonight, I'm eating popcorn and a tuna sandwich. (Popcorn because I'm watching 300 for the 5th(?) time.)

FWIW, I haven't weighed in since I started. I know I *feel* better, but I don't think I've lost any weight yet. we'll see. Posted on Saturday, May 12, 2007 7:20 PM | Back to top
