At https://lastpass.com/heartbleed, there is checker for the heartbleed vulnerability. Whilst not conclusive for all https sites, it does indicate sites that were vulnerable and provides useful advice on the need to update your password.

If you have a facebook account, you should change your password if you have not changed it in the last 2 weeks. Also be careful if you have used the same password on more than one site as if one of the sites was compromised, then you are vulnerable on all of them.

At https://commonkey.codeplex.com/releases/view/96768, there is a random password generator that you are welcome to download and use to generate your own complex passwords.
