I'm a bit of a late comer to the world of Macs but look at the new MacBook Pro ... you've gotta want one! I'm just a sucker for brush aluminum.

Steve Job's today at MacWorld Expo in his keynote also presented the new Intel based iMac's. They are basically the same as the existing models but with Intel duel cores so they are a darn sight faster, welcome the joys of Intel Apple!
Also the iPod has finally got a FM receiver attachment, okay no big deal, my Creative Zen Sleek has one built in, still thats going to add a zillion pounds to the price. Don't get me wrong, the iPods are nice machines they just are expensive for what they are.
Also Microsoft has committed to another 5 more years of Office for Mac.
So is a Mac going to replace my trusty PC. The simple answer is no. My PC does everything I want it to do right now, having a Mac would mean just buying a gadget for a gadgets sake and the wife doesn't let me spend that kind of money on none essential gadgets. Booow, also I would need a bigger desk and more power, heck I may as well buy a new house!
