AzamSharp Some day I will know everything. I hope that day never comes.

One thing that is very important to all the developers is to manage the tasks. These tasks include reading about some new material or playing around with new technology or even looking into some code. All these tasks are performed maybe later in the day and at that time we lost the count and even the names of the tasks performed. How do you maintain a list of tasks to be done? Do you write it on a piece of paper and put it in your pocket? Do you have a special software which you use?

I use Gemini (http://www.countersoft.com/) It's meant for bug tracking, but lets you add tasks, bugs, enhancements, etc. It's also free for 10 users or less...Written in .NET and uses SQL Server backend. It's a life saver and it's got a host of tools that will make bug tracking and task assignments a lot easier. Also has some more advanced features like built in web service support, and e-mail notifications. Check it out if you've got a few.

I use a simple spreadsheet that I created. I works quite well for me.
